Cooking
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon Thinly
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley,
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over the top of the salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.
- Lay a few lemon slices on top of each fillet to infuse the salmon with citrus flavor during baking.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt over each fillet for seasoning.
- Place the baking sheet with the salmon in the preheated oven.
