For delivery time orders made during 8am – 11am will be same day delivery but from 11am – 3pm the delivery will be next day.

Premfresh Online Terms and Conditions

1.) Detailed descriptions of goods and/or services
Premfresh is a business in the e-commerce retail industry that sells seafood direct to consumer.

2.) Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery confirmed by way courier.

3.) Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to all whom reside in South Africa.

4. Return and Refunds policy
Returns

Unfortunately, our products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

We aim to provide our customers with only the best quality seafood available, should we fall short of this and you are dissatisfied with your products we want to know about it. We will assess refunds on a case by case basis and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, this can be done manually via direct EFT into your provided bank account alternatively if possible a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@premfresh.co.za. We may request that you send us photos of defective products should we require it, this must be provided should we request it in order to process your refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

5. Cancellation Policy
In the case of a user/customer wanting to cancel a order, a full refund shall be deemed if:

· Order is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

· Cancellation does not occur before order cut-off dispatch times (before 9:00 am of the specified delivery date).

*On-demand deliveries can not be refunded.

7. Payment options accepted

Payments may be made via Payfast.

8. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Premfresh who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.

9. Customer details separate from card details.

Customer details will be stored by Premfresh separately from card details which are entered by the client onto Payfast.

10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

11. Responsibility
Premfresh takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

12. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Premfresh as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, address.

13. Variation
Premfresh may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
